Welcome to the Web Guides

At the Web Guides, we are going to be building a set of utilities that are FREE for everyone to use. These tools will hopefully save you some time and hopefully some money. Our first tools are the misspelling and eBay misspelling ones.

» Common Misspellings

Our first utility set is based around the common spelling mistakes people make while they are typing. They could be keyboard transpositions, where you simply type two or more letters in the incorrect order e.g. "contratc" . Also, people can put double letters in the wrong place or only type a single e.g. "cabage" instead of "cabbage" - To explore what people are searching for now, visit the most recent queries and see their results. If you want to try out some of your own examples, go to the spelling mistake generator here. You can then use these misspellings are part of a PPC campaign, add the misspellings to your web page as keywords or have a misspelling page which directs users to the correct product. Each misspelling has a real possibility of somebody typing it in to visit your website. Try it now

» eBay misspelling search

Users of eBay will appreciate this - There are hundreds of auctions listed on eBay which are not spelt correctly. What this means is that by using our eBay misspelling tool you can find the auction listings that people typing the "correct" search term just won't come across. This means that these items won't be getting many visits so will most likely have very few, if any bids against them. Thus, you get a really goood bargain. e.g. someone searching for playstation won't find a listing for "Brand new plsystation 2" (Note the letter S in Playstation is next to the A key so the person listing the item made a typing error) - Start now and bag a bargain
